Evidence of Handwriting by Person with Disability
evidence clat_pg advanced poll_styleCan a court rely on handwriting evidence of a person with a disability who uses a scribe for their work?
Option 1: Kharak Singh v State of UP (1963) suggests that if a person has a disability that affects their ability to write, their signature or handwriting may not be considered reliable evidence because it could be altered or created by someone else.
Option 2: In Kishore Mohan v State of Bihar (1991), the court held that if a person with a disability uses a scribe, their scribe can testify as to the person's intention behind their handwriting, but the handwriting itself can still be taken as evidence.
So, is Option 1 correct or Option 2?

Bhai, don't worry, yeh challenge ko dekhna hoga, naye dhanush se naye dard se. Disability ke baavjood, handwriting ko identify karne ke liye, ek person ke handwriting pattern ka analysis kiya jata hai. Computer forensics aur graphology aapki madad kar sakti hain. Sabse zaroori hai kuchh experience aur training lijiye. Aapke liye kuchh tips aur techniques share karunga agar aap interested hain.
