Main aagala, statement ko do types mein define kiya ja sakta hai - first wala statement jis mein koi bhi individual ka statement ho, aur second wala statement jiska meaning section 3 Evidence Act mein diya gaya hai. Main feel karta hoon ki aapne only second wala statement ka mention kiya hai. But what about first wala statement? Kya aapne uska explanation diya hai?
