Evidence Act vs BSA: Hota Kya hai?

Main CUET PG Law k preparation mein Evidence Act aur Bestiality Sections Act (BSA) ki sections se relate hui sawalon ko solve kar raha hoon. Is article mein main aapko do sawalon ke example de raha hoon aur unhe solve karne ke liye aapko kya karna chahiye.

Pehla sawal hai: Mere kuch saathiyo ne mujhe bataya ki 'if any person is convicted of keeping a mistress in adultery by having sexual intercourse with her, he shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 2 years' (Evidence Act, Section 118). Ab ye sawal hai, kya ye correct hai ya nahin?
