Phir uss photo ko Apne Facebook post mein add kiya. Ab Raju ne apne dost Ashok se case karwaya ki unhone us photo ko edit kiya aur usmein kuch galat likha tha. Kya Ashok ko prove karna padega ki usne photo ko edit nahin kiya?

Arre yaar, don't lose hope! Section 3 of Evidence Act, 1872 is all about relevant evidence. If the court thinks it'll help decide a case, it's relevant. Don't worry 'bout S. 59, it's about relevancy of statement. Just make sure you understand the concept of 'relevant evidence' and you're golden. Main tu confident hai, you can crack it!
