Evidence Act Made Easy: A Relentless Struggle

So, I was going through this one coaching material for Evidence Act and BSA, and let me tell you, it's a real mixed bag. On the plus side, the author has tried his best to make it engaging with examples and flowcharts. The chapters are nicely divided into sections, making it easier to study. Plus, it provides a lot of questions and answers, which is helpful for practicing.

But, on the flip side, the material is not as comprehensive as I'd like. It doesn't cover all the important cases and judgments, and the analysis is not that in-depth. Also, the language used is a bit too basic, which doesn't help if you're looking for something that'll challenge you. And, let's be real, the mistakes are kinda laughable. I mean, who uses "he" and "she" interchangeably in a legal text?
