Evidence Act ke Bare Me Kya Padhaun?
evidence cuet_pg beginner resource_requestDude, I'm back in CUET PG Law after failing those two subjects 😩. Maine socha tha I understand Contract, but then the paper happened 💀. Now, I'm stuck with Evidence Act and BSA. I've been trying to study from the textbooks (Chaudhri for Evidence, Srivastava for BSA), but it's like trying to drink a whole ocean with a cup 🤯. I've also watched some videos on Unacademy, JEE India, and Law Prep, but they're not enough. I need something more. Has anyone got some good notes or book recommendations? Maine sochi hai ki possibly some cases like Lalta Prasad vs State would help me understand the nuances better. Koi bata do, please!

"Evidence Act ke bare me padhne ke liye, aapko Section 3 se Section 90 tak padhna hoga. Ismein witness ka definition, character evidence, relevant evidence, irrelevant evidence, hearsay evidence, opinion evidence, document aur expert evidence shamil hain. Iske alawa, aapko Evidence Act Amendment Act 2018 ka bhi dhyan dena hoga, jo kuchh naye provision jodta hai.
