Evidence Act Ka Bahut Problem Hai
evidence clat_pg advanced resource_requestI'm literally drowning in CLAT PG prep and Evidence Act is giving me a lot of trouble. I've tried D.K. Gupta's book, but it's so dense and old. The footnotes are from the 90s, arre. I've also checked out this YouTube channel, but the video quality is sub par and the guy's explanations are confusing. I've also tried making notes from the CLAT PG prep material provided by some coaching institutes, but it's all mixed up with other subjects. I swear, if I have to read one more judgment from Hari Singh vs. State of Maharashtra, I'll go crazy. Has anyone used the notes from LexisNexis or the CLC commentary on Evidence Act? I'm desperate for a reliable resource.

Arey bhai, Evidence Act Ka Bahut Problem Hai, ye statement bahut general hai. Kya aapka man hi Evidence Act ke kuch specific rules ya sections hain jo aapko problem deta hain? Agar haan, to please batayen kis rule ka sawal hai. Yadi nahi, to aapka sawal to hai ki kya ham Evidence Act mein sudhar ki zaroorat hai? Main aapki madad karne ke liye taiyar hoon.
Arre yaar, Evidence Act ka problem to hain! Vah to bahut acha law tha, lekin time ke saath saath isme changes karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Ab toh sections ko apply karne mein confusion ho jati hai. Aur yeh sabhi courts me different tareeke se interpret hote hain. Shyad iska koi samadhan to hi nahin hai, par humein isme improvement seekhna chahiye.
Bhai, Evidence Act ka problem toh hain. Section 8 kuchh confusing hai. Lekin yeh bhi sach hai ki yeh Act bahut purana hai, isliye update ki jarurat hai. Sabse bada problem yeh hai ki judge aur lawyers ko yeh Act padhne ka samay kafi lagta hai. Main to sochta hoon ki yeh Act ko simplify kiya jaye.
