Evidence Act/ BSA for CLAT PG / AILET PG - Books/Notes/Video Recommendations
evidence clat_pg intermediate resource_requestYeh kya hua, I'm drowning in notes and still can't crack this. I've tried my hands on R. K. Bangia, Evidence Act (11th edition) which is pretty comprehensive, but still, kuchh gap bache hain. I've also gone through A. K. Ganguly, Indian Evidence Act but it's a bit dense.
For BSA (Best Evidence), I've tried K. C. Bhatt's book and notes but not too sure if it's enough.
Video lectures by Dr. Poonam Saxena and some youtube channels like Legal Vidya, and others, but honestly, time is too short to cover everything with such breadth. Any suggestions for something concise and to the point? Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, I'm at my shift right now, struggling to cope up...

Arre, CLAT PG ki taiyari mein Evidence Act/BSA bahut zaroori hai. For CLAT PG and AILET PG ki taiyari aap R.K. Bangia ki book le sakte hain, jo bahut popular hai. Notes ki baat karen toh, aap LL.M. Corner, Law Prep Tribune, or IBS ke notes de sakte hain. Video lectures ke liye aap can't go wrong with NLSIU's YouTube channel.
