Evidence Act & BSA - CLAT PG & AILET PG, I thought I nailed it!
evidence clat_pg advanced failure_storyArre, I thought I was so done with these sections. I read the bare act cover to cover, multiple times even! But, CLAT PG exam day came, and I'm still kicking myself for those questions I messed up. Evidence Act, BSA, it all just seemed so theoretical. But the exam paper was all, "Show us how you apply this in real life, kiddo!" I was blank. I couldn't recall any practical applications, just textbook stuff. Now, I'm re-studying, and I'm doing something different. I'm not just focusing on abstract concepts, I'm going through judgment examples, making notes on case laws, and trying to relate the sections to actual scenarios. It's making a big difference, yaar!

Bhai, kya hua? BSA ka connection toh khud hi evidence act me hai. Section 3 to 12 dono kadi mehsoos hote hain. Section 3, 4, 5 mein baar-baar eyewitness testimony ka importance dikhaya gaya hai, aur Section 9 to 11 mein document ka proof ki aapko kya mazaak hua? CLAT PG paper me toh aapko is section ke questions definitely aaye honge, so thoda practice karo, kya?
Yaar, I feel u! Evidence Act aur BSA ka question CLAT PG ke liye phusaa deta hai. Lekin maine toh kuch sawal aaye jahan answer khaas se kaha jaata tha, jaise Evidence Act ke under witness ko kaise protect kiya jaata hai. Abhi to main confident hoon lekin exam ke baad aapke feedback ke liye bechare hoon!
