Aap sab kya karenge agar ek garmi ke din, main aapke dwaar ke pachhe ek naye apartment ki baanibhavikta karta hoon, lekin yah apartment pichle 5 saal se mere pita ji ki property tha. Pehle ve apne kaam se nikaal gaye, phir unhone yeh property ka renter ki tarah leti rahi. Ab mere pita ji ne apni property ka renter ke sath sambandh tod diya, aur mere paas koi rent ka aadhar nahi hai.

Toh kya hoga? Kya yeh e-waste ek adverse possession ke roop mein maan liya jaayega, aur mere paas yeh property ki sada sahi baanibhavikta hogi?
