Duaa ki zaroorat? - Fark between Res Gestae & Res Inter Alios Acta
evidence clat_pg advanced comparisonBro, I'm stuck between two concepts - Res Gestae & Res Inter Alios Acta. Can someone explain the difference clearly? Res Gestae kya hai, Res Inter Alios Acta kya hai? Aur dono mein kya fark hai?
I've read the Evidence Act 1872 multiple times, but somehow these two terms still confuse me. Res Gestae wala concept to hai kuch aur Res Inter Alios Acta wala aur bhi kuch. Lekin kya hai woh difference? Kya Res Gestae ka matlab hai witness ko dekhne ke liye kuch evidence provide karne waala, aur Res Inter Alios Acta ka matlab hai kuch aur hi kuch? Help me out here!

Yaar, agar aapko Duaa ki zaroorat puchh rahi hai to aapko pata hi hoga ki Duaa ki zaroorat to isse Res Gestae se judi hai. Res Gestae is case mein, apni apni karyavahi kar rahe karte hain, aur Duaa ki zaroorat to wahan aati hai jab aapki karyavahi doosron ke saath judi hai, isliye Res Inter Alios Acta aata hai.
