Arre, I would say not at all easy! I attended his classes last sem and it was like he just read from the notes and expected us to mug up. Property Law is a complex subject, can't be simplified like that. We need actual understanding and application, not just rote memorization. My suggestion would be join additional coaching or refer to some reliable study materials to actually grasp the subject.
