Drowning in Constitutional Law ๐ŸŒŠ

constitutional du_llb beginner resource_request

Mujhe lagta hai, maine jeevan ki sabse badi fight ladi hai... Constitutional Law ke saath! 2-3 books padh chuke hain - D.D. Basu, P.P. Malik, K.V. Padmanabhan - lekin yeh sab bahut zyada details mein hain. Main yahi sochta hoon ki kya video lectures ya notes to niye jaein? Maine YouTube par seen Kumar ji ka channel dekh chuka hoon, use achha lagta hai lekin maine samne se kuch notes padhe hain. Aur koi aur bhi achhe book ya notes hai jo mujhe share karen? Plz help! Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

Doston, I feel you! Constitutional law seems like a sea of complexities. One key thing to remember is that articles are like islands - they may seem isolated, but they're interconnected through various clauses. Focus on understanding the relationship between them, and you'll start to see the bigger picture, bhai! Keep learning, and you'll swim through this like a pro!

Arre, don't get too overwhelmed! First, get a good grip on Article 14, 15, and 16. Understand how they interrelate with each other. Then, dive into the concept of 'reasonable classification' in Article 14. Also, brush up on some landmark cases like E.P. Royappa vs. State of Karnataka and Indra Sawhney vs. Union of India. It'll help you stay afloat in CLAT and further law school!
