Doubt: What's the difference between Abetment and Conspiring?

Yaar samajh nahi aaya, help kejiye. In Criminal Law mein kya hota hai, abetment ke beech aur conspiring ke beech ka difference? Abetment to wo hai jab koi person doosre ko kuch karne ke liye protsahit karta hai, lekin usne kuch nahi kiya. Lekin toh uske baad woh action ho jaati hai, toh woh abetment hi nahi hai? Phir kya hain woh abetment ka?

Example mein dekho, in IPC 120-B ke under, abetment se jald hi action hoti hai. Toh phir abetment to wo koi cheez nahi hai jo action ke bad ho jaaye.
