I saw it happen with my batchmates, they were so caught up in memorizing sections, they forgot to understand how it all fits together. Section 3 is a trap, it's all about the presumption of regularity, don't just remember the exceptions, know when the presumption kicks in, it's not just about the 'burden of proof'. Read the judgements, see how the courts apply these principles, don't just mug up, understand. And for BSA, don't even get me started on how judges love to test your understanding of the 'scope of inquiry'

Maine bhi apne saathiyon se suna hai ki Section 3 of JAB (Just and Beautiful) kaafi bada issue hai, karna ki isse humare case ki sabse badi samasya ban sakti hai. Lekin, mere khayal me, agar hum Section 3 ko theek se samajhte hain aur saavdhan rahte hain, toh hum isse pehle se hi harne ki zaroorat nahin hain.
Bhai, totally agree. Section 3 of JAB (Joint Anti-Biotics) can be a real showstopper. Students often get caught up in its complexities and end up with a mess of a case. My prof said it's all about understanding the exceptions and not letting the general rule scare you. Stay calm, read the fine print, and you'll sail through!
