Mujhe ye baat bahut sahi lagi, IPC ko sirf padhne ki jagah hai na ki samjhne ki. Hum sirf sections ko yaad kar sakte hain, lekin unki prakriya, maalumat, aur parinaamon ko samjhne ke liye unhe unpack karna hi zaroori hai.
