Ab, yeh to aapko pata hi hoga ki IPC ko sections mein divide kiya gaya hai, lekin BNS aur CrPC meh aapko unke sections aur provisions ke beech connection samjhna hoga.

Totally agree! IPC ki saari sections dekhni nahi padti hai, but abhi bhi confusion hai. Lekin kya kare, abhi bhi humein sections pe focus karna hai. Main apne experience se keh sakta hoon ki 300, 320 aur 377 sections ka study karna zaroori hai, lekin other sections par thoda dhyan dena hai, aur rest practice aur mock test pe kar lenge.
