Yeh concept toh bahut hi interesting hai! Lekin, divorce WhatsApp par karna possible to nahi hai. Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act mein divorce ke liye notice dene ki aavashyakta hai, jo kisi court of law se hoga nahi WhatsApp se. WhatsApp par divorce ka notice dene se court ke rules aur procedures nahi follow honge. Isliye, yeh ek jhootha concept hai, sirf media ke liye publicity hai.
Yaar, don't worry, divorce on WhatsApp is not that big deal. Section 13(1) of HMA (Hindu Marriage Act) says divorce is possible by mutual consent. Even online consent can be considered valid. But, aur kuch, court will look into formalities aur other issues like separation period. So, it's not straightforward, but possible. Better consult a lawyer before taking any step. Sab theek ho jaega.
