Arre bhai, ek dam important question hai! Distrust aur Constructive Trust ki difference yeh hai ki Distrust ek pre-existing condition hai, jismein ek party ko trust ki absence ke karan kuch benefit se deprived karna hota hai. Lekin Constructive Trust vikalpik hai, jismein court ek trust ko impose karta hai, jab wo aam tarike se establish nahi ho paya. Yeh sabhi legal nuances mein sochne ki zaroorat hai!
