Distinguish Between Void and Voidable Contracts

contract ailet advanced comparison

Dosti aap sabhi se hai, main puchhta hoon: Void aur Voidable kontrak ke beech kya fark hai? Dono mein kya fark hai exactly?

Main to 3 saal se padh raha hoon, aur abhi bhi thoda samajh nahi aaya. Aap sabhi kehna, please, explain me. Kya void kontrak ke baad usse cancel kar nahi sakte? Kya voidable mein to parties ke liye options hain, ya nahi? AILET mein kya likha hoga? Aap sabhi se request hai ki please, iska explanation de do.

Dear friend, let's clarify. Void contracts are those which are absolutely null and invalid from the very beginning, whereas voidable contracts are those which can be ratified or cancelled by one of the parties. If a contract is void, it's like it never existed in the first place - not enforceable by law. Voidable contracts, on the other hand, are enforceable but can be cancelled if one party wishes to.
