Dishonest Misappropriation by a Clerk: An Analogy of Bollywood Extras

Think of a Bollywood movie like a big case of misappropriation. You've got the producer (principle), the actor (officer in charge), the extras (clerk), and the crew (public). Imagine a clerk in the producer's office, with access to the "script" (case papers), "lights" (office resources), and "sound" (public trust). The actor (officer) doesn't know about the clerk's misbehaviour, just like the producer is clueless about the actor's personal issues. Now, the clerk starts "acting" (misusing) their position to get a rise out of it (embezzle funds). If the actor gets caught, the whole crew (investigation) might come down on them. But if the actor is clever, they can cover up the clerk's mistakes.
