Dilemma in Contract of Services and Frustration

Chitty ke anusaar, if the purpose of the contract is frustrated due to an event which the parties could not have foreseen or which the parties could not have prevented, then yeh kya hai ki contract automatically terminate ho jata hai ya kuch aur hota hai? Aur iske liye kitne conditions padte hain? Meri book ke anusaar, yeh conditions kuch hi hain, lekin maine pehle se hi bataya tha ki Chitty ka concept kaafi different hota hai.
