Differences between Lease and Licenses under TPA

Both ke rules and restrictions similar hain, but ismein ek difference hai jo mujhe patla lag raha hai. Lease mein landlord apne property ke possession se door ho jata hai, lekin wo still responsibility se nahi free hota. Licenses mein toh landlord ka control aur responsibility donon zero hai, but agar koi condition na ho jaye toh tenant ko kabhi bhi notice dena hai aur property se nikal jana pad sakta hai. Kya ye differences correct hain ya main galat samjh raha hoon? Main kafi confuse hai aur AP LAWCET exam mein dono ke questions aakar ho sakte hain kya?
