cyber judiciary beginner comparison

Suno, meri dost, main toh hoon confuse yeh dono sections ke beech, kya aap log bhi samajh sakte hain? Section 43A aur 66B IT Act mein kya fark hai wohi main jaanna chahta hoon. Section 43A cyber security breach ke liye company ko fine karata hai, lekin isko khata hai kagaz par, jaise koi financial loss ho ya data leak ho. Jabki Section 66B digital signature aur digital evidence ke liye punishment deti hai, jahan par iska case hota hai koi fake email ya online transaction. Kya aap log yeh samajh sakte hain?

Bhai, you think Section 43A and 66B are same? Not true! Section 43A deals with civil liability for damages, where you'll be responsible if you intentionally or negligently cause damage to computer, etc. But Section 66B is about identity theft, specifically creating or circulating a fake electronic signature to deceive others. Two different sections, two different offenses.
