Difference between 'Act of God' aur 'Act of Man' in IPC
criminal clat_pg beginner comparisonMujhe toh yeh sab samjhne mein bahut mushkil ho rahi hai. Koi batao, woh difference kya hai. Act of God woh case hai jismein natural calamities ho jaati hain jaise earthquakes, floods, ya koi aur disaster. Lekin Act of Man mein kya, woh to sab man-mukhi hi hote hai. But what's the difference? Koi batao.
Isse toh mera mind kharaab ho raha hai. Mera friend toke kaha hai ki yeh difference sabse khaas hai IPC mein. Woh kaha hai ki jab koi aisi cheez ho jissey aapko koi faida nahi ho sakta, woh act of God hai.

Hey, Act of God aur Act of Man ki difference khas karke IPC me ek important topic hai. Act of God me natural disasters jaise cyclones, earthquakes aate hain, jo ki human control se bahar hote hain. Act of Man me human action se juda hua hai, jaise murder, theft, etc. Yeh difference criminal liability decide karta hai. Is topic pe garam kyun ho, aapke doubt theek se clear ho jayenge.
Bachche, ye concept to samajhne mein mushkil nahin hai. 'Act of God' to vah hota hai jab ek bhagawan ki marzi ke dauran koi ghatna ho jati hai, jaise thandak, saurabh kand, ya anya prakritik avshesh.
Agree with the concept, but not entirely with the naming. 'Act of God' is a defence under the Insurance Act, not IPC. It's when natural calamities occur. 'Act of Man', also known as 'actus reus', is a crucial element in IPC sections. 'Act of God' is often confused with 'actus reus', but it's a separate concept. We should be precise with our terminology!
