Desperate for TPA & Property Help!

Guys, I'm stuck big time with TPA & Property Law for CLAT UG. I tried the usual suspects - Ravi Bansal's notes, Dhanuka's notes, and some online materials but honestly nothing's sticking. I need something more substantial, more engaging. What I've tried so far:

• Ravi Bansal's Property notes: too dry
• Dhanuka's TPA notes: outdated
• Online lectures: boring, not covering enough topics
• Some videos on YouTube: not reliable, not consistent

Can someone please recommend a good book, online course, or set of notes that actually make sense and help me understand these complex laws? I'm not looking for shortcuts, just some clarity. Share if you've tried and succeeded!
