Desperate for TPA & Property Help!
property clat_ug beginner resource_requestGuys, I'm stuck big time with TPA & Property Law for CLAT UG. I tried the usual suspects - Ravi Bansal's notes, Dhanuka's notes, and some online materials but honestly nothing's sticking. I need something more substantial, more engaging. What I've tried so far:
- Ravi Bansal's Property notes: too dry
- Dhanuka's TPA notes: outdated
- Online lectures: boring, not covering enough topics
- Some videos on YouTube: not reliable, not consistent
Can someone please recommend a good book, online course, or set of notes that actually make sense and help me understand these complex laws? I'm not looking for shortcuts, just some clarity. Share if you've tried and succeeded!

Bhai, don't worry, mere dost. TPA aur property laws toh humari pass hai, aapko thoda relief mil jayega. Aapka case koi special hoga? Aur kya aapka TPA provider kaun hai? Maine apne seniors se baat ki hai, aap unse connect ho jayenge, aur property lawyers bhi unse recommend karwaenge. Sab theek ho jayega, insha Allah.
Arre, don't worry mate! For TPA, you should consult the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the relevant state act. Also, check out the latest case laws on the matter. For property help, you can refer to the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Registration Act, 1908. Additionally, check the local RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) norms. Koi aisa case hai jo tumhare case ko resemble karega, search online.
