Damaad Bhi Ho Gaya, Torts Aa Gaya

torts general beginner success_share

Finally, after months of struggle, I cracked the concept of vicarious liability in Law of Torts. I was stuck on it for ages, but after re-reading Mohan Meakins v. Bulchand, everything fell into place. The concept of employer-employee relationship, principal-agent relationship, and the test of control in vicarious liability - it all seems so simple now. I scored well in the last semester's paper, and my seniors told me it's because of my understanding of vicarious liability. I'm not sure about that, but one thing's for sure, I've got my confidence back in Torts. Now, let's see how I can retain this confidence till the end of the semester.
