Cyber Law Nightmare: AIBE Prep
cyber bar_exam advanced experience_shareBhagwan, that IT Act section 66D is a minefield! I just attempted a mock test and scored a measly 40% in cyber law section. I was expecting to ace it, considering I've been self-studying Ravi Shankar Prasad's book since December. But, kya pata, I fluffed up on sections 43A, 65B and 72A.
I got section 43A wrong on three consecutive questions. Don't know why, but I was overthinking the distinction between 'damage' and 'loss'... facepalm And, of course, I got question no. 15 on section 65B wrong – the one about the admissibility of electronic evidence. Ugh, now I've got a nagging voice in my head saying, "Section 65B, section 65B..."

Yeh post cyber law ke context mein hai, lekin yeh samajhna chahiye ki AIBE (All India Bar Examination) prep khatam karne ke baad cyber law ke questions aate hain. AIBE cyber law ke questions mein jo topics cover hote hain, unmein Computer Crime, Data Protection, E-commerce Laws, Cyber Jurisdiction aur Cyber Crimes aate hain. Isse yeh samajhne ke liye zaroori hai ki aapko cyber law ke basic concepts aur laws well understand hon.
