Cyber Law Mock Test - The Struggle is Real

Okay, so I just gave this mock test on Cyber Law and IT Act... and let me tell you, it was a disaster! I scored only 60% (sensing a pattern here?). We were given 20 multiple choice type questions and I managed to get 12 of them right. The areas where I went down was in the chapter on Intermediaries and Chapter III - Electronic Governance.

I messed up question 15 which was from Section 79(2) of the Information Technology Act 2000. It said "No liability for third party information" and I chose the wrong option thinking it meant no liability for the intermediary's own information. Duh! Another thing, I got confused between sections 69 and 69A. In the end, it took me a good 10 minutes to re-read the sections and figure out the difference. Note to self: practice, practice, practice!
