Cyber Law Mock Test Ka Darr
cyber bar_exam advanced experience_shareOkay, so I took this mock test in Cyber Law and IT Act for AIBE, and I'm still trying to make sense of it. Section A had 20 questions, and I managed to get 12 correct, but one question on Section 43A of the IT Act had me stumped. I was supposed to understand what constitutes an "authorised officer" under this section, but all I know is I couldn't find it in the act. Weak areas? Definitely IT Act and e-commerce law. And can we talk about the question on Section 66D of the IT Act? It's just so convoluted. I thought I understood it, but the options made no sense. Score: 60% in that section.
Section B had 10 questions, but one on data protection laws left me confused. I think it was from the Aadhaar judgment... or was it the Puttaswamy case?
