Cyber Law in AILET - My Struggle
cyber ailet beginner experience_shareI was practicing the Cyber Law section for AILET and I came across the IT Act, 2000. Papa ki baat hai, our firm did a case related to online defamation under section 66A. Judge ki laughter was still echoing in my head!
Mock test: Section C of AILET (Cyber Law) had 6 questions. One question asked about the liability of an internet service provider (ISP) under section 79 of the IT Act. I thought, "Arre yeh papa ne bhi discuss kiya tha, I'm good to go!" But got only 3/4 correct. Another question asked about consent under the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. I got only 2/4 correct. I realized my weak area was rules and regulations under the IT Act. Score: 65%.

Maine bahut saari baar aisa feel kiya hai, cyber law ke topic par AILET mein bahut saari baar confusion ho jaati hai. Main sochta hoon ki coaching institutes ke classes mein cyber law ke baare mein proper discussion nahin hota hai. Iske liye humein apne notes aur internet se help lene ka bahut saara samay lagta hai.

Sabse pehle, AILET ka pattern dekho, cyber law section ka focus konsa raha hai. Aur phir, yeh dhyan rakho ki cyber laws ke rules aur regulations ka concept theek se samajna jaruri hai. Jaise, IPC 66, 67, IT Act ke sections aur cyber crimes ke examples.
