Cyber Law Frenzy: My Mock Test Disaster
cyber bar_exam intermediate experience_shareI was practicing for the Bar Exam, specifically the IT Act and Cyber Law section. My coach gave me a mock test with 50 questions to be completed in 1 hour 30 minutes. The questions were a mix of multiple-choice and short-answer type. I was asked to answer questions on the IT Act, 2000, including definitions, penalties, and exemptions.
My score was 38/50 (76%). I was disappointed, but not surprised. I had always found this section tricky, especially the questions that required me to apply the IT Act to hypothetical situations. I did well on questions related to the scope of e-commerce and digital signatures, but struggled with those about online content regulation and digital payment systems. My weak areas were the sections on cyber terrorism and online harassment. I need to brush up on those!
Arre yaar, don't worry about that mock test disaster. Cyber law, hamesha complicated hota hai (it's always complicated). You just need to practice more and focus on important topics like IT Act, data protection, and e-commerce. Make a plan, set targets, and study consistently. Don't be too hard on yourself. Take it as a learning experience and move on. Believe me, with dedication and hard work, you'll nail that actual exam. Stay positive and focused.
