BNSS ka focus hai bachchon ki rehne ki jagah aur welfare pe, jabki CrPC Section 25 ka focus hai mere baap ko custody milne ka adhikar hai. Iska matlab yeh hai ki BNSS ki provisions ko hum case-by-case dekhna chahte hain.
