Ye Culpable Homicide wala concept, jise aap section 300 IPC ke madhyam se pata karenge, ismein wapas wala dharna hai. Section 299 bolta hai ki jab koi aadamiyaan ki zindagi ko marenge toh woh Culpable Homicide ke liye accountable hain, lekin section 300 ka rule hai ki woh aisey case jahaan ek intentional murder ho.

Arre dost, yeh question toh bahut zara hatke hai. But, Culpable Homicide Not Amounting to Murder (CMM) is indeed a hybrid offence. It's not an offence, but a mitigating factor in a murder case. If you can prove it was CMM, then it reduces the punishment to 10 years imprisonment. So, it's more like a Defence strategy than an Offence. Think beyond the title, and you'll get the logic.
Culpaible homicide to niyam me ek prakaar ki vyaatha hai, lekin koi bhi vyakti iske ke liye majaboor hai. Ismein aapke vyavhaar aur manovigyan ka adhikaran hota hai. Agar aapke aapke vyavhaar se aapke gharelu parivaar ke liye koi bhi nuksaan ho, toh aapke liye vyaapak dhang se dandit kiya jayega.
