family cuet_pg advanced schedule_help

Main Family Law ke liye study kar raha hoon, lekin limited time hai. CUET PG Law mein lagbhag 100 questions hain, aur Family Law section mein 30-40 question aate hain. Main abhi isse study kar raha hoon, Loksabha Mein MP Helene Anil's case (Municipal Corporation of Delhi v. Manohar Lal Kapur AIR 1984 SC 1527) padha hoon, aur CPC mein Guardianship aur adoption section par focus rakha hoon. Main 1 mahine mein complete hoga, kya lagbhag? Kya maine sufficient time diya hai? Kaunse other sections par focus rakna hain? Help chahiye!

Yaar, I'm glad CUET PG Law is covering Family Law in a concise way! It's indeed essential to understand the key concepts and statutes, like the Hindu Marriage Act and the Family Courts Act. However, I think we should also discuss the impact of personal laws on women and LGBTQ+ individuals. It's crucial to understand the nuances and limitations of these laws in modern India, na!

Bhai, yeh Family Law module toh bahut mushkil hai! Lekin, koi bhi module aisa nahi hai jisne humein apne lakshya se door kiya ho. Kuch key points yaad rakhiye: Hindu Marriage Act, Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, IPC sections 498-A aur 304-B. Inke concepts ko samajhne ke baad, aap to easily pass ho jaenge!

Arre bhai, I couldn't agree more with you on the importance of family law in CUET PG Law! It's indeed a vast subject, but with a concise approach, it can be cracked. I'd add that students should focus on key amendments like the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005, and the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, to get a good grasp of the subject.

Bhai, Family Law in CUET PG is indeed a vast subject but if we focus on the core topics like Marriage, Divorce, and Guardianship, we can quickly grasp the key concepts. Don't forget to revise the Hindu Marriage Act and the Special Marriage Act. And, of course, a quick brush-up on the Indian Succession Act will help you ace the exam! Any takers for a study group?
