CUEET PG Law Mock - Evidence Act: A Disaster Waiting to Happen

I took this CUEET PG Law mock and I'm still reeling from the experience. Section A, Evidence Act, had 10 questions for 20 marks, and I managed to squeeze out 15 marks. Question 5 was a real nightmare - "State the exceptions to the rule against the hearsay evidence under Section 32 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872". I had read about it a million times, but still couldn't recall it. Luckily, the actual exception (documentary evidence) wasn't asked, but the concept still gives me sleepless nights. My weak areas are the exceptions to the rule against hearsay and the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur. I mean, who thought Section 32 exceptions would be so tricky?
