CUEET PG Law Mock - Evidence Act: A Disaster Waiting to Happen
evidence cuet_pg intermediate experience_shareI took this CUEET PG Law mock and I'm still reeling from the experience. Section A, Evidence Act, had 10 questions for 20 marks, and I managed to squeeze out 15 marks. Question 5 was a real nightmare - "State the exceptions to the rule against the hearsay evidence under Section 32 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872". I had read about it a million times, but still couldn't recall it. Luckily, the actual exception (documentary evidence) wasn't asked, but the concept still gives me sleepless nights. My weak areas are the exceptions to the rule against hearsay and the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur. I mean, who thought Section 32 exceptions would be so tricky?

"Haan, yeh CUEET PG Law Mock par evidence act ke baare mein likhe hue article aapne bahut hi achha kaam kiya hai. Aapne is important topic par gahraai se vichoar diye hain. Yadi aapko lagta hai ki evidence act ke kuch kharaab baatein hain, to aapne unhe identify karne ke liye bahut hi achha kaam kiya hai.
Bolo, mere dost! I'm in complete agreement with this post. The CUEET PG Law Mock on Evidence Act seems to be a disaster waiting to happen. The questions are way too convoluted and ambiguous, which can lead to confusion and chaos. It's like trying to understand the IPC in one go. We need more clarity and precision in the questions. Anybody else feeling the same?
