CrPC Section 82: The Overlooked Section

Main problem with our law students nowadays is that they're too focused on getting to the 'result' without understanding the nuances. Like, who here's read the entire CrPC? I haven't seen many people talk about CrPC Section 82, which talks about when an investigation can be carried out. It's like, we're too focused on the IPC sections and procedures, but what about the framework in which it's all happening? It's like watching a cricket match where you only focus on Kohli's scores and not the actual gameplay.

I think AILET, and even LLB courses, should place more emphasis on understanding the CrPC framework. Without knowing the basics of investigation and inquiry, how can you expect students to understand the nuances of evidence collection and legal procedures? It's time to shift our focus from mere procedure to understanding the framework.
