Mujhe lagta hai ki ye sawal bahut aasaan hai, lekin sachai kaafi mushkil hai. CRPC Section 167 ka matlab hain ki police ko 24 ghante baad 2nd remand ke liye apply karna hoga, jabki police inka 2-3 din ka remand chaahta hai. Ye ek bahut hi bada sawal hai, kya police ko aisa adhikar milega?
