Arre, bhai log! Don't be daunted by Sec 197 of CrPC. Magistrate ki power to summon toh bahut hai, lekin vakti aur avadhi ke adhar par hai (it's great, but time-bound). Agar aapko summons ki pehli notice mein samay nahin mil raha hai, to aap court ke paas ja sakte hain aur vakti aur avadhi ke anusaar extension mana sakte hain. Keep fighting, guys!
