CrPC Sec 167 ( police custody) - The Most Overhyped Section

I think CrPC Sec 167 is ridiculously overhyped in CLAT PG prep. We spend ages memorizing its intricacies and case laws but in reality, it rarely comes up in court. Even when it does, it's often in some obscure way that has nothing to do with the standard Sec 167(1) or (2) questions we're asked in mocks. Meanwhile, other sections like Ss 41, 51, 61, etc are barely touched upon despite being super important for a practical grasp of investigation laws. We should focus more on these underdog sections rather than obsessing over Sec 167. Trust me, it's a time-suck.
