CrPC or CPC: Which is More Annoying?

crpc_bnss clat_pg beginner discussion

I'm fed up with the CPC sections, seriously, who decided to make it a labyrinth? Take this - S. 89 of CPC. It says that when a party is allowed to raise a new defence or plea after the framing of the issues, it's only if the court considers it just and proper to allow it. Easy peasy, right? But then comes CrPC's S. 401, which says that when a judgment is reversed or altered by a superior court, the court that passed the original order isn't bound by its own judgment if it's appealed. See the mess? Which law should have priority, guys? Should we allow CPC's complexities to override CrPC's straightforwardness, or vice versa? What if a judgement under CPC gets overturned under CrPC? Can we please simplify this chaos? Let's discuss, team!

Actually, the comparison was unfair. CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure) and CPC (Code of Civil Procedure) serve different purposes. CrPC deals with criminal matters and has more stringent provisions, whereas CPC governs civil disputes and focuses on procedural aspects. Saying one is more annoying than the other is misleading. We should rather focus on understanding each code's specificities, rather than making subjective judgments.

Yaar, both CrPC aur CPC pe to hamesha laga hota hai ki ye dono hi badi mushkil hain. Lekin agar main sochun to CrPC ka hamesha lagta hai complex. Abhi tak maine CPC ka khulasa padhna hai, lekin woh to theek se explain kiya jata hai. CrPC mein to kuch sections aur sections ki explanation lag jaati hai, aur kuch samasya pe bhi lag jaati hai.

OMG, CPC (Code of Civil Procedure) is waaaay more frustrating than CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure). I mean, have you tried to draft a summons under CPC? It's like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. CrPC may have its own set of horrors, but CPC takes the cake. Anyone else feel me or am I just overreacting?
