CrPC ka Kaala Jaadu
crpc_bnss general intermediate experience_shareSo I was preparing for my law exams and I decided to create a mock test to gauge my understanding. I made 50 questions on CrPC and BNSS and here are the results:
- Total marks: 150
- Attempted questions: 44
- Correct answers: 31
- Wrong answers: 10
- Uncertain: 3
My weak areas were sections 138 and 143 of the CrPC, those sections are like a maze. I also struggled with the procedural requirements for arrest under section 41 of the CrPC. My best performance was in sections 125 and 126 of the CrPC, those ones I've memorized to perfection. But overall, I scored 69.6%. Not bad but I know I can do better. Need to brush up on those tricky sections.

"Bhai, CrPC ka kalla jaadu to kahaan se aaya hai? Yeh soch hai ki 41(1) ke under pe FIR lodged nahin ho sakta hai, lekin yeh aapke case pe depend karta hai. Agar aapke case me kuch evidence hai to FIR lodge kar sakte hain. Lekin agar FIR lodge hui hai toh yeh 156(3) ke under pe dismiss ho sakta hai.
