CrPC Ka Dushman: BNSS Mein Fail Hua

Last year, I thought I had a good grasp of CrPC and BNSS, but CLAT PG and AILET PG proved me wrong. I was struggling to recall key sections and amendments, and those pesky case summaries were killing me. I realize now that my approach was all wrong. I was just reading the act cover to cover three times, expecting it to stick. But it didn't. I wasn't practicing what I read, and I wasn't creating a framework in my head to relate it to.

This year, I'm doing things differently. I'm making flashcards with key definitions and section numbers. I'm summarizing cases and relating them to specific sections of the act. And I'm practicing, practicing, practicing! I'm also trying to understand the context and history behind the act, not just memorizing text.
