CrPC/BNSS Woes: From Flunking to Focusing

Maine to yaar, I toh thought I was prepared for BNSS/CrPC but guess what? Got my dreams shattered on the CUET PG Law paper. Sab kuch theek tha, sab kuch padha tha, lekin still problems aaye. Phir kya hua? Main ne pehle wala approach hi liya tha - jismein maine sirf formulas aur shortcuts ka dhyaan rakhke padha tha. Aur yeh formula, yeh shortcut, yeh rules aur sections... bas yeh sab mein jhadoo chal gaya.

Ab, maine apni strategy ko chutka chutka karke dekh raha hoon. Main abhivyakti kee pahchan aur vichaar kee pahchan par zyada dhyaan deta hu.
