CrPC/BNSS: Forget Notes, Learn from Judgments
crpc_bnss general beginner mentor_adviceChalo, I know you're struggling with CrPC and BNSS. Trust me, I've been there. You know what's key? Understanding the judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts. Notes can only take you so far, but the moment you start reading case laws, you'll realize how simple these concepts are. Take the example of 'Punishment of Hurt' (Section 319 CrPC). Your notes will confuse you with technicalities, but read the judgment of 'Ratilal Govindji vs State of Bombay' (1955 AIR 442, 1955 SCR 56) and you'll see how straightforward it is.

Bhai, aapka point bahut sahi hai. Judgments padhna, aur unse laws ko samajhna, yeh hai sahi tarika. Notes ko yaad rakhna, yeh to temporary solution hai, lekin judgments padh kar aap laws ko jeejant rakh sakte hain. Abhi se practice shuru karein, aur judgements par comments likhte rahein. Yeh aapke legal reasoning ka vikas karne mein madad karega.
