Offence non-bailable ho gaya, toh bhi yaad rakhna ki court wale arrest karne wale karna hain, police nahin.
Argument 2 (Mujhse): Section 169 CrPC ka matlab aayega, "when the accused is released on bail or on his own bond with or without sureties".

Yeh to pucha kya tha! CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure) ek act hai jo crime ko samadhan karne ki process ko detail mein batata hai. BNNS (Indian Evidence Act) uske liye ek saath karya karne wala act hai, jo saabit karne aur pramanon ko sahi kaise use kiya jaye, yeh batata hai.
