Arre bhai, don't get confused between CRPC 167 aur FIR ke pehle investigation ka process section 174. CRPC 167 hai woh jo police ko 24 ghante ke andar arrestee ko court tak le jana hoga, tabhi prosecution ko 20 din ke andar charge sheet submit karna hoga. Section 174 mein police ko FIR kiya toh FIR ke pehle investigation ka process aur detail investigation report submit karni hoti h.
