Main to self-study kar raha hoon, but yeh dono sections bahut confusing hain. CrPC 167 keh raha hai ki police ko koi evidence recover karne ke liye jo bhi saman lene ki icchha karega uska vichaar karna hoga, aur S 170 bhi keh raha hai ki police ko evidence recover karne ke liye jo bhi saman lene ki icchha karega uska vichaar karna hoga. Lekin to phir yeh dono hi ek hi cheez keh rahe hain.
