criminal cuet_pg beginner experience_shareJust got back from my CUET PG shift, aur mere dimaag ab kaafi phat gaya hai (my poor brain is now shattered). I tried to tackle section A of the Criminal Law test, where questions were based on IPC sections. Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, I'm at my shift, aur humare professors ke pass jaake bolna padta hai.
The first question asked to define 'attempt' according to IPC section 4. Phir uske baad the question about the elements of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Don't know kya hua, I scored only 20 out of 30, aur main to 2 hours se kam samay mein complete karte aaya. My weak areas are IPC sections, especially woh jo 1863 mein shaamil hain (1862 in actual IPC we use).

Ye case ka kuch to ho sakta hai - 78/100 lagta hai, kuch questions toh puchhe hue hain. Sabse bada problem toh IPC section 300 ka definition hai - murder kya hai, kya nahi. Aur dusra, witnesses ko sahi tareeke se sunna hai. Maine yehi problem suna hai kai baar, toh isme improvement ki zaroorat hai.

Lekin, bas apne notes aur case laws ko review karein, aur main aassum you'll easily 80-90% hoga. Practice questions too kaadh karein, aur aapko lagaayenge, yeh law to easy hai. Just stay calm aur focused, aur aapko pass hoga.
