Criminal Law Nightmare - 78/100

Just got back from my CUET PG shift, aur mere dimaag ab kaafi phat gaya hai (my poor brain is now shattered). I tried to tackle section A of the Criminal Law test, where questions were based on IPC sections. Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, I'm at my shift, aur humare professors ke pass jaake bolna padta hai.

The first question asked to define 'attempt' according to IPC section 4. Phir uske baad the question about the elements of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Don't know kya hua, I scored only 20 out of 30, aur main to 2 hours se kam samay mein complete karte aaya. My weak areas are IPC sections, especially woh jo 1863 mein shaamil hain (1862 in actual IPC we use).
