Criminal Law Mock Test - Struggling to Score 40/100

criminal ap_lawcet advanced experience_share

So, I attempted a criminal law mock test yesterday and boy, was it bad. 20 questions, but only 5 from IPC and rest were general knowledge or irrelevant. First 2 sections were easy, I got 10 right easily - Sections 75, 88, 96, 101, 102 - these are basic stuff. But then it went downhill. Questions on BNS were so vague, I mean who can tell the difference between Section 306 and 309? I scored 1 out of 5 on that section. And 3 out of 5 questions on the general knowledge part were irrelevant to criminal law. I scored 10/20, and that too with lots of guessing. I felt like I've been doing this for years and still, I can't seem to get it right.

Yaar, don't worry if you're finding it tough to score 40/100 in this mock test. Criminal law can be a bit challenging, but let's break it down. Focus on understanding key concepts like IPC sections, punishments, and defences. Practice identifying relevant sections and applying them to different scenarios. Also, don't hesitate to ask for help when you're stuck. You'll get better with time and practice. Keep trying, aur koi chinta nahin!

Arre, yaar, I totally feel you! I was in your shoes a semester back, struggled to score decent marks in mock tests. But here's the thing, it's not just about memorizing sections, it's about understanding the nuances of criminal law. Make sure you're revising key cases, like Mulla, and practicing past year questions. Also, join a study group, it'll help you clear doubts and stay motivated.
